Just a quick reminder about SSTIKS (South Sound Traditional Inuit Kayak Symposium). The last chance to register and get in on the Salmon Dinner is June 1. If you show up and register at the event, we can't buy salmon for you.

Late breaking news, in addition to experts Harvey Gloden, Greg Stamer, Bob Kelim, Don Beale, and Tim Mattson, we have a new building expert, Robert Morris of Brewery Creek Small Boat Shop!

We will also be having a raffle for lots of great gear! A few of the items are a 18'x19"x6" kayak frame (ready for skinning), Brooks Greenland Gear, a Beale Paddle, throwing sticks (or is that throwing SSTIKS ), and spray skirts.
