This is becoming a problem.

Usually it's somewhat ordinary for parents to live vicariously through their children. Maybe not healthy for either but it is ordinary.

I've begun living vicariously through Malcom.

I log into KBB several times each day just hoping Malcolm has updated us with some new Virgin Island adventure. I anticipate every of his sun drenched moves and eagerly await photos and description of his tropical paddling paradise. Aahh the Carribean. Sigh...

In my mind now I see Malcolm/me launching into a soft surf in some conch speckled protected cove. The crystal waters part magically for the bow of our newly crafted Shearwater. The shear amount of blue is overwhelming. The craft guides effortlessly along the perimeter of a coral reef as we enjoy the response of the Atlantic to the increasing swell. Peering down into the clear water we see a host of fishes accompany us and break into a soft Carribean melody and call to us.....
