Epoxy: A strategy for dealing with blush

I put the second of the final three fill coats on the hull of my Cirrus this morning. As I was rolling out the resin I found a few small spots that beaded up. After rolling over them again they only beaded up again. I'm using MAS Slow hardener and Flag resin. The spots are not big (1/2" x 1").
I figure I'll give an extra day to harden and then scrub it with scotch-brite pad and warm water. After drying, scuffing with sand paper, and wiping off the dust I'll proceed as usual.
Does this sound reasonable?
Thanks, Dave
