Try looking on the internet, when you find what you like, print it on rice paper. I got mine at an art supply store. Use colorfast ink. Apply the graphic to the boat with epoxy, the paper will vanish, leaving a cool "decal". I covered the area with plastic wrap, a poor man's vacuum clamp. Wait 'til the epoxy is fully cured before sanding/scraping to avoid damaging the graphic.
