Strip: recessed, eyelet, hook, and tieoff *LINK*

As usual I've became carried away with taking one idea and expanding on it. The photo is of a recessed deck fitting with three different versions of the cross-bar. Would these work to hold down my hatch covers? The hole in them is 3/8 diameter. They are pseudoinstalled in a scrap piece of decking.
