: Hi all,

: I have just put the third fill on my deck (the hull went fine) and I've
: noticed several(7-10 over the whole deck) 1/8" or less bubbles. Can I
: drill them out (I have some small bits) and touch some epoxy to fill them
: or should I sand them out and recoat?

: Otherwise I am pretty pleased with how it is working out. I'll post pics when
: I get them

: TIA

Hey Andrew,

I have drilled into bubbles with a small bit, then inject epoxy with a hypodermic needle from the Drug Store. It may be abt as easy to sand and do another fill.

I'm not sure what may have caused the bubbles you're seeing, but . . . if you're not working in a climate-controlled area, you should wait till the ambient temperature has reached its high for the day, then apply the epoxy while the temp is high or dropping (not rising).

Happy Building.

Charles.
