That part I'm clear about. In fact, I'm doing keel evals for my yak as we speak.

This part has got me intriugued...what you're suggesting is a keel mod but under the bow...right? That would be a novel way to solve cocking when surfing to some degree. BTW: I don't have any CLC boats, but the approach you suggested I want to understand completely. I'm still having a prob envisioning the design...
