What kind of stripper did you make and how? -I- just used my cockpit cutout for my rear bulkhead, seat back and schade-style foot rest (and I have some cutout left over!). I guess this is pretty similar to just building your bulkheads out of spare strips

Thought on installation of stiff bulkheads like mine: Since having a stiff bulkheads glassed/filleted in place could cause problems under certain conditions, I didn't glass/fillet mine in - I siliconed it in. It is about 1/2" smaller than the opening which allows for a little more flex than with glassed in wood. I also glued in, mmm, 6 little blocks that hold it in place on the edges. Does that make any sense? If it really mattered I could post a pic or two for you...

(And, actually, my rear bulkhead is also a hatch so I kind of didn't tell it exactly like it is... The outter edge is plywood and the hatch cover is strips. Boy, now I'm confusing myself... Sigh!)
