If I remember correctly the Raka may be a little thinner but both flow out and saturate nicely. Part of it may be in the application methods because I kind of flood with a wet brush then squeegee and brush...and squeegee and brush...and squeegee and...well...I do stick with it a bit. I do see more bubbles in the USComposites, but they are easy for me to work out as I go along. This is not to say I don't have a bubble or two in my boat. I do. When I first used the USComposites stuff it was a cool day and I thought it wasn't going to harden...but...the next day it was fine. I can normally only do one coat a day with the USComposites stuff. With the Raka I could do two.
