I have just finished sanding the fill coats on my Cirrus for the third time. I have spot filled the low "shiny spots" and tape edges for the last time. It's time to varnish this thing and call it a boat.

I still have several low spots but I can't bare sanding, filling & repeat any more!

How well with the spar varnish level out and adhere to these spots?

Am I doomed to an endless cycle of sand, fill repeat???
