Yost inspired, but with graphite stringers. If I can get any of this HDPE I'm using that for the section forms, but not much luck, and shipping adds a lot of cost. I'm considering 1/4" ply with a layer of 'glass on either side. I have a ton of Raka 5 oz left over. I'd like to use carbon fiber, but that might be overkill for an experimental project.

I'm hoping to have this thing done by the end of July, but it is doubtful. I'm going to the D.R. at the end of July.

So your brother is moving to NZ and sold his boat? Tell me he took another boat down with him! I take it he will soon have a visitor.
