It will dissapear pretty well, you may never be able to tell which side you had to patch.

however. DO NOT SAND GREEN EPOXY. It will smear rather than sand, and all fo the "dust" will be embedded in the epoxy. You can either use a scraper to feather this out while it is green. Or you can just do 3 or so fill coats, allow to harden, then feather with a sander and recoat with one layer of epoxy where needed.
