Essentially, the spacing on all the stations were evenly reduced. I had to modify the end forms. I kept the cockpit and coaming the same size, and had to modify the cockpit cutout to keep things fair. I tried to keep the seat position consistent with Joe's king. Before I started, I digitally messed with one of Joe's images to get an idea of how things might look... Below you see Joe's work, shrunk 80% in length, with the full-sized cockpit placed to keep the paddler CG in the same location. I'll have to take a picture showing how much of the stern stem that I left in place to help deal with the rocker issue.

In the interest of marital bliss, I won't talk about my motivation for making all of the forms the appropriate dimensions for a full-size version.
