looks good, thx for the pics.

do you lay both wings up at once then cut out? if so,

it seems to me that if the angle form was cut in half and 4 bolt holes put in each corner of one side of each, the 2 wing blanks laid up wet on the forms, a waxed spacer 1/8" wider than the rudder but with a corner cut out to hold multiple small lyrs of glass plus the pivot:

then the whole thing could be laid up in one go and have the extra strength of carbon filled integral rudder axis casting. no bolts and no hdpe. plus could squeeze the heck outa it to get real low resin ratio.

if put holes in corners of other faces, could then apply a flat board backer and squeeze those faces too. drill hole and would be good support to get exact rudder axis angle - cheap vac bag process
