Jack...the secret to a easy release is one layer of self stick contact paper on the "L" frame, then several layers of wax paper stretched tight and taped down to the underside of the "L" frame.

Also, there's several pumps you can use for vaccumn-bagging from old refrig pumps to a indoor-outdoor vacumn cleaner with the hose arranged to suck the bag down. Need to be careful with the wrinkles.
