compliments of yours truly as the demo boats didn't have perimeter lines before I showed up there,,with a 3/8"+ hole it's easy and makes a spot to fold the toggle underneath. So you can have a toggle that clears the ends when released but doesn't have to hang and bang all the time when folded under.
