: I finally got smarter on the last boat and drilled holes in each of the forms
: so I could pull instead of push. That way, each form was moving into a
: larger space instead of a smaller on and there was less damage. Next time,
: I will attach a heavy wire to each form as well to make the pulling
: easier. I figure if I thread a sledge hammer head on the wire and then
: wrap the end of the wire around a six inch piece of pipe, I will have a
: sliding hammer which will pop the forms out quickly with minimal damage.

Oops. I forgot to do something like that on the Prospector!

I like that idea. Small to big makes perfect sense.

Actually, if you didn't have a hole drilled already, you could still drill a 1/2" hole and slide a big molly bolt through with some sort of slide hammer on the bolt end.
