I mix up dookie with a variety of different things to get different colors. Wood flour, wheat flour, cabosil, cement coloring. You'd be surprised at the colors you can come up with to fill cracks. I'll do the same thing if I've sanded a spot that shows a diffferent color....just dab a little colored epoxy on with a q-tip or small brush...allowing the swirls and dabs to show a little "grain". Comes from working with a house painter trained as a portrait painter. He worked for my dad many years ago and could match and cover anything. Don't know if this will help but...who knows.
