OK, I give up. I've been staring at this for some time and can't figure out how to tackle the next step. I've stripped the bottom of the hull, and have done almost all of the deck (of a Night Heron). I'm now anticipating closing the gap between the two and I can't imagine getting the rolling bevel right on the closing strips. Do you work down to the seam from the top or up from the last strip on the bottom? Do you mate them "close enough" and then plane edges to mate after separating halves of the boat? I could really use some advice here. Thanks so much!
