Scott Dolmeyer and others have used hot glued wedges on the outside of the hull to pull everything into line. I had a similar, but smaller, warping and the wedges pulled everything together perfectly. Instead of a lot of pressure in one place, it uses a smaller amount spread over the entire length of the hull. The hot glued wedges pop right off afterwards without even leaving a residue. Hope that works for you too.
