I lived on Kwaj for two years back in 1972-1974. I was in high school during those years. I was there with my family. My Father worked for Martin Marietta. It really was a wonderful experience. It was definately a party island for the folks and kids alike. Since we were not military it was truly a new experience. I got a boating license while there and was able to visit the neighboring islands and explore to my hearts content. Snorkling there is unbelieveable. I have never seen more perfect waters. I am not sure what information you would like but love to talk about the kwaj days. So feel free to write.
