If our were sheathing your boat and were going to paint it, it would probbly be a good deal.

In the last several weeks, there has been discussions about fiberglass wet out - getting a clear wet out for kayak use. It's an important trait of the glass that small boat builders want and there have been some various opinions about tight weave vs loose weave / wetout clarity etc. You have no guarantees with this glass and it would be a waste of money if you bought it and it didn't perform well.

I get my glass from Newfound Woodworks, - it's loose weave, wets out easily, doesn't trap air - and for all the work I put it on a kayak, I don't want to take chances.
