My new Storm LT is exactly 35 pounds. I used 3/16 strips, 6 oz glass on the outside of the hull with 4 oz glass inside the hull and both sides of the deck There are 6oz glass reinforcemnts around the cockpit and under the back deck as well as stem amd stern reinforcements. I think one of the biggest factors is to make sure you really squeegee the resin well so that you don't add too much weight there. Hope this helps.
