I agree with both James and Patsy. While a few extra pounds from the waistline would probably be just as beneficial as a few pounds off the boat (maybe more so), the look on peoples faces when you lift your boat from the water to your shoulder with a one arm curl is priceless (and I'm pushing 60!)
