: I have my forms cut out with all the reference lines on them, my question is,
: which lines do i line up, i know the center line, but do i line up the
: sheer line or DWL horizontally ????

Hi Guy. The waterlines should line up along one plane in space like Ben said. You can check the fairness of the sheer line with a long batten. It should form a nice curve that touches each station mold and doesn't have any bumps in it. It's an easy way to pick up on clues if anything is awry.
