I once made a plywood strongback that was a little bit flexible. I clamped it to my saw horses to get it trued up and attached a couple of temporary strips to my forms. The temporary strips stiffened it up enough to hold it true while I started stripping. You might even consider screwing the temprary strips to the forms. That would make a very rigid package, just make sure everything is straight and true first.
