: I once made a plywood strongback that was a little bit flexible. I clamped it
: to my saw horses to get it trued up and attached a couple of temporary
: strips to my forms. The temporary strips stiffened it up enough to hold it
: true while I started stripping. You might even consider screwing the
: temprary strips to the forms. That would make a very rigid package, just
: make sure everything is straight and true first.

Wil try with 2 or 3 layers of 5/8" ply and make sure the rig is properly aligned together , and maybe fasten the first 2-3 strips on each side with screws to keep it all in place.
I'm pretty confident this will do the trick.
