Excellent work indeed! Where do you get the 22oz PVC? The one online store that I have found that sells PVC coated Polyester jumps from 18 oz to 40 or 44 oz with no in between weights. What are the per yard costs from your supplier for both the 18 oz and 22 oz?

Another point of curiosity, does the HDPE really cut down on weight, vs. plywood of the same nominal thickness? I have been looking at your designs for some time and wondered about that. Also, sheets of HDPE are really expensive, from the suppliers that I have checked out (a couple online that I can't remember and McMaster) are you able to find and use scraps to lower costs?
