I am about to build my first strip kayak and am interested in the guillemot L. I am 6' 3" and 260 lbs with broad shoulders. I will be taking this on trips with a decent amount of gear but also using it lightly packed. I was thinking of scaling the guillemot up by 8% instead of the 6%. Is this a bad Idea?
