I use QuickCAD from AutoDesk. http://usa.autodesk.com a scaled down version of AutoCAD. It allows you to tile a drawing into sections so it can be printed out on standard size paper in sections. There are marks printed on the paper for aligning and fitting the pages together to assemble a full size drawing.
It sells for around $50 on Amazon http://www.amazon.com
