What is the best way to remove Blush from an epoxy surface

I was rushing to get my RBA glassed before vacation but I ran out of time.
I'm back after a week and all I have left is to glass the inside of the deck. I did an initial saturation coat with fast hardener and now after a week I've got a couple of spots where the epoxy blushed. I have never had to take it off before but I heard of folks on this board using soap water and a scrub brush.

Any hints?
