I am interested in a Great Lakes Meet at The Beach (GLMATB) for all of us from the Midwest who want to but, can't attend the east coast one. If interested, I have a way to determine where to have it. If interested post what great lake you're closest to and what beach - that would allow kayakers launching rights - you might frequent. It would be nice to have it about mid-august since the water is just now getting warm and my yaks are still in two pieces. Tonight I began taping them together for seam-glassing.

We live on the South East shore of Lake Michigan about 25 miles north of the Indiana border, and the beach that we could use – I’ll have to double check on this - here would be Lions Beach in St.Joseph Michigan.
