I'm in the Fenton /Holly area, south of Flint. Pretty much in the middle of everything. I'm familiar with the Tawas area on Lake Huron and there are some nice protected areas. Also in the tip of the thumb is Caseville, another nice spot. May make sense to have it more towards your area considering it's centrally located to other Southern states (IN, OH, IL, WS). Probably depends on the number of attendees and where they're from. I'd nix Lake St. Clair or Lake Erie though. Would enjoy meeting many of the KBBB posters. The only weekend date open for me is the 16th / 17th.
