Hey, John;

I just finished making a bunch of soft padeyes following your method. Worked great.

Only now I need to make another slotted jig for the next batch. I used thin plexiglass that I had lying around (~1/16"), and the epoxy really grabbed onto it. I had to break it into little pieces to get the padeyes out. There were little shards of plastic flying every which way (the safety glasses saved me more than once).

Did you use a thicker plexiglass? Did you coat it with anything before setting up? Just curious. Disposable jigs aren't the end of the world, but it would be easier to be able to reuse them.
