: Everyone I've told has said the same thing - that it's nasty in adults. Mine
: has been relatively mild - no fever, headaches or body aches and hardly
: any itching. Makes me wonder. I'm taking pills that supposedly keep the
: virus under control and using a steroid cream on the bumps. I
: "think" the new outbreaks are few today but it's hard to tell.
: My partner wanted to outline them in different color sharpies each day but
: I nixed that. So I'm just waiting it out.
: Three weeks isn't bad in a marriage of any significant length, I'd say. :-)

I got chicken pox about 3 years ago. Other than feeling like I was getting a fever prior to the pox appearing, I felt fine. I had a week off of work to work in the garage. I called the doctor's office and they didn't want me to come in. They didn't prescribe anything either. The worse thing was the itching the first day. Feel lucky.
