You can manually scale down in one direction by tracing the plans and then projecting a few points back after multiplying by your scale down factor.
I did this twice with CLC plans on a a north bay and north bay xl. If you are going to paint the bottom any slight mismatch will not be a problem. A little glass and microballons will solve it. THE FINAL PRODUCT WILL LOOK AND HANDLE GREAT. If you are goning to varnish the bottom you need to be more careful. Just cut the ends oversize and trim as you go. Start stiching at the area beyond the tracings and come back and clean it up.
