love the mylar idea. had thought about doing somethingsimilar w/ a thin silicone smear/gaslet and slicing that, but the mylar sounds better and easier to repair/redo.

love the outlet into the skegbox idea also espec to bow out the gasket. wonder if with a tight skeg ,the box backpressure and long line resistance would slow down pumping too much. really good idea if want to hide outlet but still have high exhaust. may be ok for back of a front skeg/box w/ a thin tipped skeg.
