In preparation for building a couple of SOF's I just bought a couple of hunks of Bending Oak. (The nice guys at the store also threw in a couple of 6/4 x 2.5" x 8' pieces of Angelique for me to try, which is what they usually sell for bending stock as they often have a hard time getting the Oak).

So my question for the collective is -- What is proper way to store this stuff until I need it?
