: Is anyone here using the Veritas "Variable Scraper Burnisher"? I'm
: just starting the final finishing on my CLC 18LT and the scrapers don't
: stay sharp too long. The results of scraping epoxy instead of sanding
: epoxy are awesome. Keeping an optimum edge on the scraper easily would
: really spur me on to greatness!

The problem may be with the hardness of the scraper itself. I have one scraper of "unknown" brand name and it dulls quickly. I also have a "Sandvik" scraper and it stays sharp much longer.
