Glued the hull & deck together last night - FINALLY. The Endeavour uses a sheer clamp incorporated into the deck structure, so there's no taping required, and the alignment was no problem. Weighed it tonight. Without bulkheads, seat, footbraces, rigging etc., it came in at 42 lbs. So I think it'll end up in the 45 to 47 lb range. Not bad, considering how much epoxy I've gone through. It won't be long now ---- I can almost taste it.
