Try the link below to Becksons. Scroll down to see the deck plate options. You can usually find their products in the big marine supply stores, especially those that cater to recreational boaters.

Since you are not putting in bulkheads, please promise the BBS that you will put in bow and stern flotation and fix it in position so that it won't float out in the event of a capsize.
