It is supposed to be a shark. I cut out the shape all the way through the hull and filled it in with Alaskan Yellow Cedar. It seems to have turned out quite well.

: On my S&G hull I did two coats of varnish then wet sanded smooth before the
: final coat. On the deck I added another two coats and another wet sand
: then a final fifth finish coat. I was really happy with how it turned out.
