Great picture of the problem! Are H3, H4, H5 hull planks going from bottom to top? I notice a little stair-stepping between each plank. This suggests that there is a little consistent misalignment between panels, almost as if the hull wanted a little more rocker to bring everything in alignment.

But if you're confident that the hull shape is right, glue it up and sand the ends even afterwards. No one will ever know.
