Actually these panels have been constructed perfectly - there is 0 error and 0 misalignment that is apparent to the naked eye.

that HAS to be the case as the ends staircase evenly. the error is that the stern angle in the offsets should be slighty less(or more - can't tell which which is which) and then everything would just appear to line up better.

ken couldn't have built it any better!
