What Jay said.
: Today I did the unthinkable - test paddled a Nigel Dennis Greenlander Pro
: composite kayak. I was very impressed with this kayak,
: Light weight,
What?! 56 lbs. is lightweight!??
: extremely fast,
It is a fast design, for sure.
:carved turns like only a Greeny can do,
It carves turns well. It's not specific to Greenland kayaks. Some Greenland kayaks carve terrible turns. Some hardshell, non-Greenland kayaks carve gorgeous turns (Mariners, Redfish King).
: rolled with ease,
: fit like a glove, had *real* watertight hatches. I loved this glass boat!!
: So the question is how do I steal this design and turn it into a matching
: stitch and glue for my personal use.
There are some good Stitch & Glue design shareware programs on the web.
