Looks to me like your rocker is off a wee bit, this would produce a shift like shown. (I think). .. try a very light adjustment by pushing down, or pulling up on the end with the center is fixed. you may have to loosen the twists a bit. get it set, and tighten back up. However looks like a pretty small amount.
