Help, I can't see the picture! All I get is a tiny little rectangle with a red x in the middle. And I am really interested in seeing how it is done.

I'm not sure what happens, but most pics that are posted on the bulletin board come out fine, but occassionally, like now, all I get is the red x.

Any computer gurus out there to suggest a reason?
