Hi Scott, I don't know the answer to your question I'll probably just use 80 grit sandpaper. I like your ideas for a seat. Fitting these pieces together was harder than I thought it would be - isn't that always the way. I'm about 80% done with this one. My butt still won't fit in there though. I am determined to roll this boat at R2K3.
