Looks great! You will probably have to tie the hop bines (the technical term) up to the lattice. Up the valley from me they stretch wires about 20 ft off the ground and then tie each plant to it with a string. They keep shortening the string as the plants grow. That is where they haven't had to plow the fields under because of the lousy market About 1/3 of the world hop supply comes from Oregon and Washington. Kayaking and beer! What more could you want? (Oh yeah -- the wine).
I recommend Cascade variety because I love the smell, although you might like a more british variety if you want to reproduce your Guiness. Don't forget, hops are very toxic to dogs so keep them & the spent mash away from pooches.
