: They should go snugly in to the end of a 1/2" vinyl tube. You can glue
: them in place but they hold snug without doing so. The vinyl tube goes
: into the bag and is cemented in place. You need to created a
: "neck" -- about .5" greater than than tube on both sides --
: for accepting the tube. Hot iron a seal as close to the tube as possible
: and then use cement on on the exteriror of the tube when inserting into
: the neck.

So ,the vinyl tube goes through a proper size hole in the bag, with a neck on each side. What glue is best to cement it together? Could you explain a bit more how to hot iron a seal?
I have some tarp gromets, could they be used to make the neck on either side of the bag with the tube pushed through and glued?
Thanks Terry
